Hats and Sunglasses are our specialty. But, we want you to get the best possible value from our company and all of our products. To do this we try our best to split the risk of making a purchase, instead of letting it fall completely on the consumer.
When you make a purchase directly from our website you're getting a free replacement warranty with most items. That means if an item breaks, whether it's your fault, or a defective product, or for any other reason, we will provide a free replacement, or a credit in the amount that you've paid. For it to be fair, however, there are some limits and restrictions.
- We can NOT replace lost or stolen items. All damaged items must be returned to us, there are no exceptions to this.
- We can only replace an item one time. Items that are sent as replacements are also no longer covered by this warranty.
When done correctly, in most cases, replacements including shipping times are processed and completed within two weeks.
How to request a replacement:
- Call or Email us to initiate a return and replacement. Contact
- Print a copy of your original purchase receipt and put it in the package with the item that is to be returned.
- Send us your broken or damaged item and printed receipt. Address
- When we receive your package, if the same item is still available we will immediately send a replacement. If the item is not available, we will email you a discount code for the value of your returned purchase.
Please include a copy of your original email receipt inside the package, or we can not process your replacement. This is an important step, please do not skip this part!
